摘要: Summary The water content and the potential were measured in cotyledonary bud of Pisum sativum L. (cv. nain hâtif d’Annonay) during inhibited state at various stages after release from apical dominance following decapitation. Immediately decapitation, increased a strict linear regression was established between time penetration 6 hours. During first 30 minutes, free accompanied by sharp increase potential, which doubled 3 hours became not significantly different node. transition inhibition non-cycling to cycling correlated an adequate availability bud. A model for hydric stress then hydration ablation main stem is proposed. mechanisms involved are compared those dormancy.
