摘要: The relative rates of divergence 11 regions the wheat rDNA cloned in pTA250 were estimated by measuring sequence change 6 Triticum species. Tm analysis 32P probes synthesized from and hybridized to DNA species provided an estimate T. aestivum. results revealed a region 1.2 kb preceding 18S rRNA gene which was more conserved than rest spacer. In addition transcribed spacer between 26S genes shown be poorly-conserved; genes, as expected, highly conserved. A model proposes RNA co-factor conversion is suggested account for observations.
