摘要: The genes encoding the 18S∶25S ribosomal RNA gene repeat in soybean (Glycine max) and its relatives genus Glycine are surveyed for variation length restriction enzyme site locations. Within wild species of subgenus Glycine, considerable differences size occur, with a maximum observed G. falcata. Repeat polymorphisms occur several species, but within individual plants only single types observed. rDNA cultivated progenitor, soja identical at level this study, no is found over 40 accessions two species. Data from mapping studies congruent those previous biosystematic studies, some instances give evidence divergences not seen other approaches.
