摘要: The platelet membrane glycoprotein (GP) Ib/lX complex plays a pivotal role in primary haemostasis, serving as receptor for von Willebrand factor. This contains three polypeptide chains: GPlb-α, GPlb-β and GPI-X. Glycocalicin is soluble proteolytic fragment of GPlb-α normally present the circulation. Previous work using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay has shown injury or destruction vivo [1]. aim this study was to develop rapid glycocalicin which could be used differential diagnosis thrombocytopaenia
