摘要: Abstract Objectives To compare the precision of calibration a 3D navigation system for endoscopic sinus surgery in children and adults. complication failure rates both populations. Methods The Stryker (Stryker Neuronavigation ENT 2.0 Software) was found charts adults operated on various nasosinusal procedures between May 2008 February 2013 tertiary care center. Demographic characteristics were also noted. Results Thirty-eight 21 included study. No statistically significant difference two groups with an identical mean 0.7 mm (p = 0.90). rate unreliability failures not different (14% vs 5% adults). major complications occurred (p = 1.00). demographic characteristic predicted failed (height, weight, BMI, age). Conclusion image-guided can provide level that is equivalent This study demonstrated absent/low respectively post surgery.
