摘要: Quantities and qualities of lipids in lung lavage lavaged tissue were studied ethanol-fed male Sprague-Dawley rats. Experimental rats received 36% daily energy as ethanol for 7 weeks each control rat, receiving an isocaloric amount sucrose, was pair-fed with experimental rat. Body weight gain protein content these two groups similar. The mean dry compared to controls significantly elevated. quantity phosphatidylcholine (PC), a key surfactant lipid, recovered from double that controls, but the proportion palmitate its fatty acids reduced. cholesterol cholesteryl ester nearly twice triglyceride not different. quality PC different between groups. Triglyceride three times controls. Ethanol increased oleic decreased relative palmitic, palmitoleic, linoleic triglycerides tissue.
