摘要: The purpose of this paper is to reflect on interactive research as a means create relevant knowledge in the domain operations management general and specifically context production start-up.,The reflection use start-ups was based study two completed projects. lens for framework including context, quality relationship, process itself outcomes.,The industrial manufacturing companies Sweden, with different kind challenges related start-ups, such collaboration between involved functions suppliers, competence development work routines. Indicators relationship researchers practitioners were initiated activities new functions, within company, supply chains. an four iterative steps regular follow-ups allowing joint practitioner researcher progress. Identified outcomes included increased awareness how deal improvements communication, procedures structures, better competences, cross-functional dialogue cultural understanding.,Implications are possibilities creation through projects enabling exchange from complementary fields other dealing start-ups.,The approach enables fast-changing well value-adding results both industry academia.
