摘要: The aim of this paper is to describe and reflect on an interactive research approach used address the challenges how improve product introductions, part realization process associated with transfer a from development serial production. In approach, results as well improvement practice are given equal importance. collaboration between researchers practitioners therefore addresses both focus change. includes four main iterative steps: 1) mapping/diagnosis, 2) feedback results, 3) participation in activities, 4) follow-up/evaluation. reports findings one company within office industry group, consisting three units engine industry. Preliminary indicate that participating companies afterwards work more structured way introductions employees have gained deeper knowledge about experienced advantages working across functional boundaries. Furthermore, suitable run projects ergonomics perspective it focuses developing theory, human-centered, emphasizes broad practitioners.
