摘要: Background & Aims: This report describes the use of a novel sensitive and specific ELISA for measurement human fibrinogen-like protein 2 (FGL2/fibroleukin), effector natural regulatory T (Treg) cells, to predict course chronic hepatitis C viral infection (HCV). Methods: Plasma levels FGL2 were measured in HCV patients compared healthy controls with alcoholic liver disease. Results: significantly higher (84.3 ± 89.1 ng/ml, n = 80) (36.4 21.9 30, p <0.001), subset who cleared following anti-viral treatment (16.6 19.7 32, inactive disease (18.8 17.4 24, <0.001). Among patients, plasma correlated stage fibrosis (p 0.001) cirrhosis (164.1 + 121.8 60) non-cirrhotics (57.7 52.8 20, 0.001). Genotype 1 had (98.1 100.3 genotype 2/3 (41.5 38.6 ng/ ml, 0.0008). Patients similar vs. 36.41 ns). Infiltrating lymphocytes biopsies positive either or FoxP3 (a marker Treg cells) expressed both markers. Conclusions: documents development an which correlates severity infection. 2010 European Association Study Liver. Published
