摘要: Abstract Objective: voice disorders are common in the pediatric population and can negatively affect children's quality of life. The handicap Index (pVHI) is a valid instrument to assess parental perception their children but it not translated into French language. aim present study was adapt version pVHI evaluate its psychometric properties including construct validity, reliability, some aspects external validity. Patients Method: we performed cross sectional 32 dysphonic 60 with no history problems between 3 12 years age. original language according forward-backward rules then administered parents or caregivers. Construct validity internal consistency were explored using confirmatory factor analysis Cronbach's alpha. questionnaire filled twice test-retest reliability intra-class correlation coefficient. by comparing total subscales scores asymptomatic children.
