摘要: This study has been carried out to investigate the incorporation of Iron(II) sulfate as an additive electrolyte on formed AA1010 aluminum alloy, using plasma electrolytic oxidation method in silicate-based electrolytes containing sulfate. In order fabricate nanocomposite coating, silicon nitride nanopowder was added electrolyte. The effects iron(II) voltage-time trend, microstructure, compositions, wear, and corrosion resistances PEO coatings were investigated. addition, current density concentration studied parameters that effective coating. Results showed although FeSO4 enters coating structure, but it does not develop a new phase. wear behavior coated samples with indicate improvement compared those without additive.
