摘要: The cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) system appears to offer a number of unparalleled potentials in the study relationship between central nervous (CNS) dysfunction and neuropsychiatric behavioral disturbances.230a In past several years, there has been an explosive development evidence linking variety peptide substances CNS neurotransmitter-neuromodulatory roles.122 As typified by mounting β-endorphin enkephalin systems, not only do receptors for these opiate compounds exist CNS,221,275 but also their neuronal localization pathways have begun be mapped some detail.122 Alterations linked neurobehavioral alterations including motor activity, muscle tone (catalepsy), stress-induced eating, temperature regulation, wet shakes, analgesia, limbic seizures.17,29,118,188
