摘要: Epidemiological studies have shown that occupational exposure to certain chromium and nickel compounds is followed by an increased lung cancer incidence. However, few data exist on the content of these metals in patients general. In present study, central peripheral tissue, bronchial tissue hilar lymph nodes were collected from 20 with carcinoma 21 control individuals, concentration was measured use atomic absorption analysis. Increased levels both found as compared controls. Lung two-fold increased, while wall three times level individuals. Smokers showed a dose-related increase deposition nickel. Furthermore, inverse relationship between smoking regional found, possibly indicating depressive effect pulmonary clearance mechanisms. Our results emphasize possible role small amounts agents carcinogenesis, unrelated occupation probably related tobacco smoking.
