摘要: The pulmonary chromium content was determined by plasma atomic emission spectrometer (DCP-AES) from 53 lung cancer and 43 control patients, compared with smoking habits, severity of emphysema occupational history. the patients higher than that (P less 0.025) or nonsmoking (6.4 +/- 4.3, 4.0 4.0, 2.2 0.6 microgram/g dry weight, respectively). A positive correlation between time 0.001) found in but not patients. difference greatest those who were light smokers had mild emphysema. This group included subjects exposure to chromium. possibility should be considered especially smokers. grade metals such as accumulating tobacco could serve objective indicators smoking.
