摘要: Metallic carcinogenicity is generally thought to generate of free radicals, and thus some metals were reported play a role in lung tumorigenesis. In order verify the heavy development Taiwanese cancer, case-control study was conducted compare metal contents between 60 tumor 42 normal tissues surgically resected from cancer noncancer patients. The tissue concentration metals, including cadmium (Cd), chromium (Cr), cobalt (Co), lead (Pb), nickel (Ni), measured using by atomic absorption spectrometry (AAS). Our results indicated that Cr Ni tumors patients significantly higher than those controls, but Co content markedly lower tumors. Additionally, Pb associated with nodal involvement, amounts squamous-cell carcinomas relatively adenocarcinomas. Data suggest accumulation may role, at least part, Taiwan.
