摘要: Several new technologies are reported for the design of high-performance and low-loss surface acoustic wave (SAW) filters used in ultra-wideband cellular radios. Among them, configurations wideband bandpass applicable as receiver have been developed. These allow 3- or 4-dB insertion loss sharp-cutoff frequency responses. New structures band-rejection transmitter final stage also Their use results low 1.4 dB well high-power characteristics. A SAW front-end module constructed with filters, a low-noise amplifier, single balanced mixer is described. >
