摘要: A new low-loss narrowband SAW filter that uses one pair of electrically connected IDTs with an optimum number fingers, as well reflectors, is described. miniature a loss low 2 dB and bandwidth 0.7% at 90 MHz presented. The mounted in TO-8 package usable without any outer inductors.
