摘要: Ovarian cancer, consisting mainly of ovarian carcinoma, is the most lethal gynecologic malignancy. Improvements in outcome for patients with advanced-stage disease are limited by intrinsic and acquired chemoresistance tumor heterogeneity at different anatomic sites along progression. Molecules cellular pathways mediating appear to be histological types recent research focusing on serous clear cell carcinoma. This review discusses data implicating various biomarkers this focus studies which clinical specimens have been central.
