摘要: Because of their unique structures and properties, liposomes have been widely studied successfully used as drug delivery systems in pharmaceutical cosmetic applications. However, there limited developments the application food nutraceutical applications, due mainly to difficulties finding safe, solvent-free, low-cost ingredients, well production methods. In recent years, several products (vitamins, enzymes, herbal extracts) formulated using liposome technology, with aim improving absorption bioactive compound. fate these materials during digestion gastrointestinal tract is not fully understood. This chapter provides a brief overview formation, structures, properties liposomes. Recent progress on encapsulation various compounds stability behavior they pass through reviewed discussed.
