摘要: In this paper, we present a framework for reverse supply chains. We identify four managerial drivers in the chain as Facilities, Handling, Ease of Access, and Information. explore impact each these upon effectiveness performance overall via survey managers. results conclude with implications derived from results. The field interviews have been supplemented indicate that firms, strategic priority providing responsive effective transportation network an easy return policy, are more likely to most reliable chain. also matters at late growth stage product life.
