摘要: Notes, in recent years, an increase of interest the field service parts inventory ‐ particularly computer industry. Explains that industry is a highly competitive industry; products have to be repaired as quickly possible, since slow repair can lead loss future business competitors with better reputations. Maintains good reputation therefore closely linked availability spare on market. Using real‐life case study, elaborates management and control service‐parts gives brief overview contemporary literature subject. Presents solution approach adopted results which indicate significant savings realized through inventory.
