摘要: rCBF, capillary permeability and vascular volume have been measured during the time course of interstitial stereotactic radiosurgery in normal tumour-bearing dog brain. For rCBF measurement stable Xenon-CT-technique with a modified Kety-Schmidt equation has used, for blood-to-brain transport meglumine iothalamate two-compartment CT-method as developed by Groothuis, which also reflects volume. Anaplastic gliomas had induced intracerebral injection avian sarcoma virus. Radiation sources 192-iridium 198-gold.
