摘要: We present a quantitative method for determining blood-to-tissue influx constant (K1), tissue-to-blood efflux (k2), and tissue plasma vascular space (Vp) that uses computed tomographic (CT) scanner to make measurements of the concentration an iodinated compound. Meglumine iothalamate was infused intravenously over time periods 0.5–5 min, up 49 CT scans were obtained at one brain level, arterial sampled 30- 40-min period. K1, k2, Vp calculated each voxel 320 × matrix, using two-compartment pharmacokinetic model nonlinear least-squares regression. The used in dogs with avian sarcoma virus–induced tumors. As many as four studies on different days done same animal. In tumor-free cortex, K1 meglumine 2.4 ± 1.7 μl g−1 min−1 (mean SD) 3.4 0.5 ml 100 g−1. Mean whole-brain tumor values ranged from 3.3 97.9 min−1; k2 0.032 0.27 mi...
