摘要: Abstract Wedrychowicz H. , Maclean J. M. and Holmes P. 1984. The influence of Trypanosoma brucei infection on local immunoglobulin responses rats to Nippostrongylus brasiliensis. International Journalfor Parasitology 14 : 453–458. Serum, intestinal lung antibody isotype brasiliensis were studied in normal trypanosome-infected Hooded Lister rats. Rats which received trypanosomes 7 days before N. had impaired serum IgG IgA. Bronchial mucosal was not reduced whilst IgA concentration these sites markedly diminished. Total M levels T. parasitised higher both sera sites. However, tests with radiolabelled adult nematode excretory-secretory antigens indicated that specific IgM reduced. Immunoglobulin A diminished most lungs also the intestine while antibodies decreased mucosae infected worm burdens than alone but expulsion delayed. results indicate as well systemic are trypanosome animals.
