摘要: (Floral biology of five species Passiflora L. (Passifloraceae)in a semideciduous forest). A comparative study floral was carried out in the region Campinas, Sao Paulo, southeastern Brazil. alata, P. amethystina and miersii have purple to violet flowers variegated filamentose corona. Their open early morning last about 12 hours, emit sweet odour, are allogamous their main pollinators large bees. similar morphology, differing from alata by row free filaments on edge operculum. The operculum is horizontally curved denticulate at margin. These differences require characterist behaviour bees during visits. suberosa has green-yellowish plicate Its dawn no odour perceptible. self-compatible wasps. capsularis white nocturnal, possibly pollinated moths. these two latter allows easy access nectar visitors.
