摘要: Abstract Milk alkaline phosphatase (AP) was immobilized by adsorption on to a synthetic polymer that is reversibly soluble–insoluble depending the medium pH value. Immobilization experiments were conducted using different carrier concentrations. The relationship between concentration and amount of added AP expressed in terms Molar Ratio (MR) which ranged from 0.6 16.0 mol available for each mole enzyme. effect MR value activity heat stability enzyme investigated. active adsorbed depended 13.3 ± 1.4 8.0 ± 0.3 Enzymatic Units (EU) 2.0 16.0, respectively.
