摘要: In the first phase of infection by Human Immunodeficiency Virus type 1 (HIV-1), persistent generalised lymphadenopathy can be only feature disease, with or without associated clinical symptoms. The main histologic abnormality observed in swollen lymph node is hyperplasia follicles. network comprising follicular dendritic cells (FDC) appears to damaged. Immunohistochemistry shows signs fragmentations and indentations. HIV-1 components have been suggested play a role this process, as proteins, 1,2 virions3 mRNA2,4 virus are concentrated germinal centers. We5 others6 provided evidence that FDC infected HIV-1. Some authors proposed for immune response towards virus. This was supported demonstration cytotoxic cells, documented presence mRNA encoding serine esterase Granzyme B, which occurs granules cells.7
