摘要: Lymph node biopsies from 43 male homosexuals with persistent generalized lymphadenopathy and ten acquired immunodeficiency syndrome patients, all serum antibodies to human T-cell leukemia virus III, were studied regard histopathology, immunohistology, subsets in cell suspensions. All except one Kaposi's sarcoma had the same histopathological pattern of follicular depletion, whereas nodes showed a spectrum changes characterized as hyperplasia, involution fragmentation, or atrophy. Immunohistology temporal structural relation between involution, disappearance dendritic reticulum cells, invasion by T-cells. These observations suggest elimination cells part pathogenic mechanism involution. Angiogenesis measured staining endothelial Factor VIII was increased many stages depletion. Our indicate occurrence marked not only T-cells but also B-cell compartment patients syndrome. The possibility staging lymph these combined histopathology immunohistology is indicated. This might improve evaluation prognosis patients. A possible importance angiogenesis for tumorigenesis suggested.
