摘要: To form an optical image, imagewise pattern of conductivity is formed in a semiconductor material. Exposing the material to intense radio-frequency field causes generation heat conductive areas. The made heat-sensitive or includes responds by physical changes which can be optically detected. Preferably photoconductor with surface charge capability retention allows formation normal xerographic processes.
