摘要: The distribution of extracellular matrix (ECM) glycoproteins, fibronectins (FNs), was studied in healing scalpel incision, excision and laser wounds rat tongue dorsal mucosa over a period 42 days by indirect immunofluorescence microscopy using mono- polyclonal antibodies. A monoclonal antibody (Mab) DH1 used to detect extradomain-A containing cellular fibronectin (ED-AcFN), antiserum utilized recognize all forms FNs. In normal tissue ED-AcFN confined only the endothelia larger blood vessels whereas abundant immunoreactive deposits were found regenerating connective capillaries. increased content FNs revealed with both antibodies subsided later on during healing. results suggest that locally produced is essential for regeneration plays distinct functional role wound Laser treatment did not affect ability fibroblasts synthesize deposit cFN. provide further evidence certain embryonic characteristics are seen tissue.
