摘要: Human adenoviruses cause various acute diseases including gastrointestinal and respiratory disorders. However, there are no clinically approved specific antiadenoviral drugs. Therefore, the search of drugs and regimens that would be effective, safe for prolonged use, available at a cost to wide range patients is extremely important. The aim work was study cytotoxicity antiviral activity six new fluorochemical compounds with respect human adenovirus serotype 5 in vitro. Methods. Cytotoxicity determined by MTT-test. lysosomal cells estimated using neutral red dye. Cytomorphological method used identify infected containing specific virus inclusion. In addition, anti-adenoviral most effective confirmed real-time PCR analysis. Results. CC50 index measured MTT- test, ranged from 125 mg/ml 1000 μg/ml. dye 630 μg/ml 2500 It discovered toxicity dependent on their solubility. shown three referred G22, G26 10S-23 EC 50 values 60, 120 90 μg/ml, respectively. analysis also revealed 10S-23. Conclusions. cytotoxic conducted. showed against Using analysis, demonstrated.
