摘要: Abstract Traditional medicines (TMs) continue to serve the healthcare needs of millions, if not billions, people worldwide. Herbal (HMs) play a central role in TM and can contribute goal ensuring for all people, when proven be sufficient quality, safety, efficacy. However, continuing problems that deter progression HMs include same issues Following published Good Manufacturing guidelines or developing new ones where none exist may overcome these issues, as good quality herbal products significantly improve their overall safety Consumers often believe are safer than prescription drugs, fact, adverse event reporting continues low. While there thousands vitro vivo studies, clinical data many commonly used still lacking should priority future research.
