摘要: The paper analyzes the features of flooding in town Krymsk (Krasnodar krai) that led to a large number victims. Along with main cause disaster, extreme rainfall, considerable role was played by mudflows and slides sporadically blocking river beds, as well anthropogenic factors, including built-up low floodplain Adagum River, insufficient throughput capacity bridge spans for unhampered passage flood waters, littered beds.
