Law, pliability and the multicultural city: Documenting planning law in action

摘要: In this paper we focus on the deployment of certain techniques that are central to municipal law's attempt impose order city, namely, development control, zoning, and change use regulation. Drawing notion inter-legality, argue such practices can never be consistent or universal, instead need sufficiently pliable recognise diversity legal norms, assumptions evident in a multicultural city.
