摘要: Abstract This study explored the effect of deltamethrin, a pesticide, on free Ca 2+ concentration [Ca ] i , viability, and apoptosis in Madin–Darby canine kidney (MDCK) renal tubular cells. Deltamethrin at concentrations between 10μM 40μM evoked rises concentration-dependent manner. The entry was inhibited by nifedipine, econazole, phorbol 12-myristate 13-acetate, SKF96365. Treatment with endoplasmic reticulum pump inhibitor 2,5-di-tert-butylhydroquinone (BHQ) -free medium abolished deltamethrin-induced rise. deltamethrin also BHQ-induced Inhibition phospholipase C (PLC) activity U73122 deltamethrin-evoked killed cells 30–60μM cytotoxic not reversed prechelating cytosolic acetoxymethyl ester 1,2-bis(2-aminophenoxy)ethane- N ′, ′-tetraacetic acid. Annexin V/propidium iodide staining data suggest that 30–50μM induced apoptosis. Together, MDCK cells, involved through protein kinase C-mediated store-operated channels, PLC-dependent release from reticulum. -independent cell death might involve
