摘要: Au terme d’une revue critique de la litterature realisee conformement aux recommandations Haute Autorite sante (HAS), le groupe du GENULF (Groupe d’etude neuro-urologique langue francaise, www.genulf.com) s’est attache a identifier les facteurs risques retentissement uronephrologique dans sclerose en plaques (SEP). Il ensuite propose un guide pour diagnostic et suivi des neurovessies SEP, destine favoriser reconnaissance uronephrologiques harmoniser, fonction situations presentees, mode surveillance patients SEP.
