摘要: AbstractMultiple sclerosis has frequent urological manifestations. Medical management, based on clinical symptoms and urodynamic findings, incorporates clean intermittent catheterization, oral pharmacological agents (that is oxybutynin) or their combination (the desired end point of treatment being complete retention with catheterization). Our objectives were to evaluate the efficacy medical management in multiple patients, determine incidence hydronephrosis at presentation during treatment, impact electromyography patient management.We reviewed retrospectively 113 patients documented (mean age 45 years, range 20 75 years mean followup 41 months, 6 136 months).
