摘要: A biosensor substrate structure is provided that eliminates the effects of optical interference light reflected from a substrate/air interface with by biosensor's active surface incorporating roughened or “non-specular” on lower opposite grating. One can generate useful non-specular “anti-interference” in number ways accordance this disclosure, including (1) adding coating optically diffuse material, such as UV cured acrylate, to sensor substrate, (2) etching otherwise roughening (3) applying grating surface.
