摘要: Voltage-dependent facilitation of L-type Ca2+ channels is an important regulatory mechanism by which excitable cells modulate entry during a train action potentials. Expression the α1 and β subunits α1C channel necessary sufficient to reproduce this kind in Xenopus oocytes. Here we show that, expressing together with different oocytes, β1, β3 β4, but not β2 are permissive for facilitation. The poor observed rat ventricular cells, presence subunit mRNA, suggest that may be associated functional cardiac channels.
