摘要: Cadmium (Cd++, hereafter) inhibits EGF-induced ^H-Tdr incorporation in serum starved NRK-49F cells a dose dependent pattern. The underlying mechanisms for this inhibition are largely unknown. mvc mRNA accumulation and the effects of Cd++on response were examined under conditions that result partial or complete DNA synthesis. It was found doses Cd++ inhibit synthesis do not protein accumulation. 0.5 uM 1 actually to increase amino acid incorporation. These results show effect on is due entrance into Gl, but rather acts events subsequent accumulation; is, associated with either G1 progression, entry S
