摘要: Human tumors and tumor cell lines were analyzed for the presence of mRNA coding transforming growth factors α β (TGF-α -β) epidermal factor receptor. TGF-α was not detectable in hematopoietic but found a variety solid cells, particularly carcinomas. Many that contained also expressed high levels receptor mRNA. The concentration media several did necessarily correlate with levels, as substantial fraction can remain associated. specimens variable, higher than adjacent normal tissues.
