摘要: The conditioned media of subconfluent and confluent monolayers porcine astrocytes different cell lines were used to reinduce in primary cultured endothelial cells brain microvessels vivo properties like high activities the marker enzymes alkaline phosphatase (ALP) γ-glutamyltranspeptidase (γ-GT). After 7 days culture, activity ALP increased only by incubation cerebral with from adult CHO-cells (fibroblasts), whereas γ-GT was significantly astrocytes, CHOcells, chondrocytes adenocarcinoma cells. However, increase seems be result an number on top monolayer as revealed histochemistry. mechanism inductive effect not astrocyte specific has clarified.
