摘要: A new drug-eluting system was designed for biodegradable magnesium stents, in which ferulic acid (FA) used as drug due to its promotion function endothelial cells and PHBHHx delivery biodegradability biocompatibility. 5 10% FA were added prepare containing PHBHHX films. The cell adhesion, spreading proliferation on these films investigated order assess response of HUVECs. It also found that enhanced the HUVECs a dose-dependent manner. Cell viability after H2 O2 injury NO production studied. results indicated effectively inhibited -induced promotes production. shown alkali treatment improved while reduces release turn inhibition However, itself had no influence induced injure tensile shear strength between coating Mg substrate tested. All demonstrated exhibited strong endothelialization could be choice surface modification stent.
