摘要: The mouse fibroblast cell line L929 was inoculated on 3D scaffolds of microbial polyesters, namely polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) and poly(hydroxybutyrate-co-hydroxyhexanoate) (PHBHHx) to evaluate their in vitro biocompatibility. It found that both polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHA) subjected lipase treatment hyaluronan (HA) coating decreased the contact angle water material surface approximately 30%, meaning an increased hydrophilicity PHA surface. At same time, HA smoothened After or coating, ratio hydrophilic groups including hydroxyl carboxyl carbonyl 1:1 2:1. Cells grown treated with were 4 x 10(5)/ml, twice number control. However, coated observed a 40% decrease growth compared reduced attachment proliferation although materials had hydrophilicity. In comparison, promoted did not lead better coating. appeared appropriate combination hydrophobicity important for biocompatibility PHBHHx, especially cells this material. This may have instructive significance biomaterial selection design.
