摘要: 1. Clams of the species Protothaca staminea were exposed to a range copper concentrations control (= 0.35), 7, 18, 39 and 82 µg/l for 30 days.2. Mortalities monitored during exposure. The results indicated that extremely stressful with survivals only 14 3%, respectively, after days. At 7 18 µg/l, survival was slightly reduced when compared controls.3. Analyses tissue showed gill primary organ concentration exhibited linear relationship between its content exposure concentration.4. Effects on demonstrated by disruption sodium potassium regulation at µ/l increases in acid phosphatase activity lower concentrations. former associated high mortalities, while latter considered be sublethal cytotoxic response.5. Two low-molecular-weight, copper-binding proteins could distingui...
