摘要: Crab zoeae (Rhithropanopeus harrisii) were exposed during their development opment to a range of free cupric ion activities regulated in seawater by use copper chelate buffer system. Most cytosolic was found be associated with metallothionein. Copper-thionein could related activity, and shift copper-thionein accumulation correlated inhibition larval growth. These data reveal predictable relations between activity processes at the cellular organismic levels.
