摘要: "Patient safety is a global concern in all areas of health care. In addition to inflict pain on humans, unsafe care leads heavy economic costs. Teamwork formal trainings have been proposed as systematic approach finish these errors. Some recent researches emphasized the role teamwork providing proper for patient different Our study aimed evaluate relationship between and nurse operating rooms intensive units education treatment centers Rasht city. This cross -sectional descriptive analysis conducted summer 2013. Sample was included employees CCU, ICU cen-ters nurses city (n=280). Data collected using mandatory standards friendly Hospitals checklist assessment questionnaire analyzed by SPSS software statistical parameters. According this study, there significant nurses' team working (p <0.05) correlation coefficient 0.840, so, positive between. Regarding teamwork, increase safety, freedom express their ideas suggestions, sufficient human resources skills are recommended. "
