摘要: The anesthetic and cardiovascular effects of a combination continuous intravenous infusion using mixture 100 g/L guaifenesin-4 ketamine-5 mg/L medetomidine (0.25 ml/kg/hr) oxygen-sevoflurane (OS) anesthesia (GKM-OS anesthesia) in horses were evaluated. right carotid artery each 12 was raised surgically into subcutaneous position under GKM-OS (n=6) or OS (n=6). end-tidal concentration sevoflurane (EtSEV) required to maintain surgical around 1.5% 3.0% anesthesia. Mean arterial blood pressure (MABP) maintained at 80 mmHg anesthesia, while dobutamine (0.39 ± 0.10 μg/kg/min) necessary MABP 60 able stand 36 26 min after cessation 48 19 minutes evaluated anesthetized with EtSEV During cardiac output peripheral vascular resistance about 70% the baseline value before over 70 mmHg. (0.59 0.24 Infusion enabled maintaine 80% value; however, it induced development severe tachycardia horse sevoflurane. may be useful for prolonged equine surgery because its minimal effect good recovery.
