摘要: With the globalization of food and its complicated networking system, a wide range contaminants is introduced into system which may happen accidentally, intentionally, or naturally. This situation has made safety critical global concern nowadays urged need for effective technologies capable dealing with detection as efficiently possible. Hence, Surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) been taken one primary choices this case, due to extremely high sensitivity, rapidity, fingerprinting interpretation capabilities account competency detect molecule up single level. Here in paper, we present comprehensive review various SERS-based novel approaches applied direct indirect multiple chemical microbial food, products well water. The aim paper arouse interest researchers by addressing recent SERS-based, achievements developments related investigation hazardous edible foods target are antibiotics, pesticides, adulterants, Toxins, bacteria, viruses. In different aspects reports have addressed including synthesis use forms SERS nanostructures specific analyte, coupling other analytical tools such chromatographic methods, combining analyte capture recognition strategies molecularly imprinted polymers aptasensor using multivariate statistical analyses principal component analysis (PCA)to distinguish between results. addition, also report some strengths limitations future viewpoints concerning application safety.
