摘要: By the means of thin-layer chromatography (TLC) prior to fluorometry it was possible determine furosemide (F) in plasma and urine with improved specificity. Antranilic acid (A) 4-chlor-5-sulphamoyl-antranilic (CSA) could be determined simultaneously F plasma. In urine, only A quantitatively by this method. The sensitivity is 0.1 microgram/ml for 0.15-0.20 CSA. TLC blank value reduced normal subjects different groups patients, its diurnal variation eliminated. average values concentrations after intravenous injection 40 mg into 12 were at all times found lower method than fluorometric without TLC. higher clearance a volume distribution when obtained used calculation.
